The trader password is stored on server and impossible to restore due to security reasons. It is only possible to create a new password.
To create a new password you need to write to
support@nwfbroker.com. Please don’t forget to attach your trading account number and your telephone password.
A new trader password will be sent to you by e-mail.

How do I restore the pin code?The pin code is stored on server and impossible to restore due to security reasons. It is only possible to create a new one.
Go to the Trader’s Office, Data&Settings and click on “recover pincode”.

How do I restore the telephone password?In order to restore your telephone password you need to write to
support@nwfbroker.com. Please don’t forget to attach your trading account number and your telephone password.

How do I change my personal information (Name, Surname, telephone number, e-mail)?To change your personal information you need to write to
support@nwfbroker.com Include your account number, your telephone password, the personal data which you gave upon registration, and which information needs to be changed. Please attach scanned copy of your passport.
